Brenna Sandstrom

Brenna brings a decade of event planning experience to the 3% team. Throughout her professional career, she has served as an event consultant for the US Department of Labor, interacted with some of the biggest names in tech, and was instrumental in 3%’s growth from a small event series to a globally recognized standard-bearer in diversity and belonging.

When Brenna’s not working, she’s hopefully somewhere totally off the grid, deep in the backcountry of Colorado. Brenna is an avid skier, mountain biker, backpacker, sailor, and adaptive sports coach.
